TENANTS

As a tenant we want you to enjoy your new home to the maximum. For your peace of mind, your new home will have been inspected prior to your occupancy which would include a full inventory, safety checks for smoke, carbon dioxide and legionnaires risk. This will be repeated on a 3-month basis to ensure you are happy and content in your home. Any maintenance issues will be either repaired by one of our professional support team, or raised with your landlord. Our aim is to treat any repair as urgent to reduce to a minimum any inconvenience caused.
