As landlords you need to be confident that your tenants respect your property. We have an extensive team of professional support services with whom we have worked for over 20 years. They know our standards are high and we expect the best!

WHAT SHOULD A LANDLORD EXPECT?
Your property will be marketed throughout Essex (further afield by mutual agreement). All marketing photography will be executed by ourselves, again to ensure we are fully familiar with your property.

We conduct inspections every 3 months. This would include internal and external maintenance checks to ensure your property is kept in good order. We would also recommend improvements were needed to ensure your property attains maximum rental potential.

Immediately prior to check-in, we meet with the new tenants to get to know a little about the custodians of your property. At this point we complete a written inventory including photos. This process is repeated when a tenant vacates the property. Smoke, Carbon monoxide and legionnaires assessments are also conducted prior to letting, and also as part of our 3-month inspection regime.

Legally binding contracts are prepared by ourselves using the NLA industry approved template, as are references and deposits which are held in the DPS deposit scheme.
